Each year we have the pleasure of working with some very talented and dedicated people who give up a year of their lives to serve God and young people in Youth-180. We have always been humbled by what team members go on to do after their time with us. Past workers have gone onto become things like professional youth workers, teachers, pastors, church workers and managers in businesses. We are looking for some more people to join the Youth-180 Team and become a part of our story in Nuneaton and Bedworth. Is this something that would interest you or someone you know?
This year we are looking for some new staff to start for the end of August 2011.
We are looking for people who have a passion for young people and want to learn more about youth work in secondary schools and churches. VACANCY: Part time Youth Worker
Main responsibilities:
•To work in local secondary schools, mentoring, running lunch time clubs, and being a witness to students and staff
•Working with the staff to develop the volunteers and town wide youth work.
Hours of work: 25 hours per week with 8.5 weeks annual leave (4 weeks and 8 BH paid)
Salary: £10,361
Start date: August 23rd 2011.
